Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for shopping with Luxe Caviar. We take great care in ensuring your order arrives quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery process so you know what to expect.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship across Canada. Local delivery is available in select regions (including Toronto and the GTA).
Note: We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. We offer:

Local Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery within eligible areas.

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days via trusted carriers for perishable goods.

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days for non-perishable items (if applicable).
3. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12 PM EST (Monday–Thursday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
We do not ship perishable items over the weekend to ensure product freshness.
4. Packaging & Handling
All caviar orders are packed with insulated liners and cold packs to preserve optimal temperature during transit.
Please refrigerate immediately upon delivery.
5. Delivery Expectations

Local Delivery: We’ll contact you via text or email with an estimated delivery window. You must be available to receive the order or designate someone who can.

Courier Shipping: You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. Signature may be required upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.
7. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive a local delivery, the driver may attempt re-delivery for an additional fee, or the order may be forfeited due to perishability. We’ll attempt to contact you before discarding any order.
8. Order Issues & Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or you suspect your package was tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@luxecaviar.ca, with your order number and photos attached.
