Farmed and CITES-compliant. Our red caviar (salmon, trout) is wild-caught and responsibly sourced.
Pasteurized caviar or not?
Not pasteurized — malossol-cured the traditional way for better texture. Refrigerate as soon as it's in your hands, cottage or not.
What's the storage advice once I'm at the cottage?
Keep unopened tins cold until serving. Once opened, a non-metallic spoon and a short eating window are key — see our FAQ page for more.
Never tried caviar — good starting point?
